She serves individuals and\nfamilies who desire to keep their families strong and in harmony by facilitating family meetings focused on enhancing leadership, identifying common family values and purpose, and establishing systematic intentional traditions for\nsuccessful family transitions.\n\n\nLori works with first generation wealth creators and their trusted professionals to design and implement effective strategies for their family's future, while guiding the second and third generation wealth receivers as they navigate new opportunities provided by the family's wealth.\n\n Lori enjoys working with clients who understand "it's always a good day to invest in their families." Loriâs speaking engagements include local and national events including the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy, Purposeful Planning Institute, FPA Northeast Wisconsin, Estate Planning Councils, Wausau CE Symposium, Keller Williams Real Estate Group, Fox Valley Senior Resource Network, Women & Investing, First Global WIN, and other organizations who have enjoyed her interactive and engaging presentations.\n\n\nLori is the author of several white papers on the topic of multigenerational wealth transitions and the coauthor of the book, "un-Prepared: Heirs at Risk - 14 Elements of Successful Wealth Transfer.  She is a lifelong learner, continually expanding her expertise to better serve clients, families, and collaborative partners.  Early in her career, Lori earned her CFP designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, CO. She is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, a Certified Facilitator for Stratton's Interpersonal Leadership Styles, Survey (ILS), and has completed the Facilitating Effective Communication& Dynamics program.  She has also completed the Introduction to Bowen Theory through the Bowen Center. In her free time, Lori enjoys playing sports, reading, watching her favorite NFL team - the Green Bay Packers, driving and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles with her husband, Roland, and going on family vacations with their daughter, Miranda, and "bonus son," Logan.\n
