DESCRIPTION:\nIssues and Remedies in Inheritance Litigation \n \nWhen all is not well in the family \n \nIdeally, when a person dies, their family comes together and settles the assets of the estate peacefully. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. Siblings squabble. Long-lost cousins come out of the woodwork. Ex-spouses claim they’re entitled to everything. Issues and Remedies in Inheritance Litigation will discuss some common disputes that arise in estate litigation and offer suggestions on how to remedy them.\n \nAaron J. Foley, Peter J. Walsh, and Barry R. White of von Briesen and Roper, s.c will answer questions like:\n How do you remedy the transfer of funds through a joint account? When is it necessary for trustees to couple distributions with trust receipts and releases? What’s the best approach for addressing property division issues between a surviving spouse and children from a prior marriage? \nHelp clients resolve familial estate disputes with guidance from Issues and Remedies in Inheritance Litigation.\n \nAbout the presenters\n \nAaron J.
