Katie Muldoon is a partner in the Milwaukee office of Quarles & Brady LLP. Katie counsels clients regarding business succession, estate planning and tax planning matters. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, Katie taught at Nankai University in Tianjin, China and then attended Boston University School of Law. She practiced at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston before moving back to the Midwest in 2012 and joining Quarles & Brady LLP. Katie was recently recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America in the area of Closely Held Companies and Family Business Law.
Wendy S. Rusch is a shareholder in the Waukesha office of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. A graduate with honors of Cornell University, she earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. Wendy is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, vice-chair of the Waukesha County Bar Association Probate & Estate Planning Section, and vice president of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council. She is also a past president of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum.
