When applied to the context of planning involving closely held businesses, Mark assists clients in income tax planning, liability protection, ownership and management succession and other matters. In addition, Mark often assists his business-owning clients with the incorporation of businesses, the preparation of organizational documents, buy-sell and transfer restriction agreements, and the negotation and preparation of partnership and employee agreements.
