2018 Tax Updates
Join us for an update on the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 to the upcoming tax filing season. Since the enactment of the new law, the Treasury Department and the IRS have been working to issue guidance on many of the issues included in the Act. Ryan and Tom will provide insight into many of the changes including new laws impacting our individual clients, fiduciary clients and business clients.
Ryan has over 15 years of professional experience with regional, national and global public accounting firms. Ryan is a partner in Wipfli's tax practice. He utilizes a unique blend of accounting, tax and legal expertise to provide tax and transacational planning to business owners, individuals and families. Ryan manages multiple consultative planning projects and assists with client engagements for Wipfli associates and partners throughout the firm.
Tom is a partner in Wipfli's tax practice. He has over 28 yeras of experience working with closely held businesses, business owners, estates/trusts and individuals. Tom is one of the newest members of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum and we are happy to have him present on the recent tax law changes.
