Elizabeth T Russell provides counsel in the fields of copyright, trademark and digital business law. She also maintains a vibrant arts law practice. Elizabeth is a frequent author and speaker. She is the author of Arts Law Conversations: A Surprisingly Readable Guide for Arts Entrepreneurs. Its predecessor, Art Law Conversations, earned a rating of “Essential” from the American Library Association’s CHOICE Magazine and listed as an Outstanding Academic Title. In 2008 the title was awarded a Writer’s Digest First Place award in the reference category. She wrote the curriculum and taught Copyright Management at Madison Media Institute; Law for Artists at the State University of New York College at Fredonia; and Legal Issues for Artists at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
