Mark Shiller is a founding partner in the Certus Legal Group and a member of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum. Mark has been quoted in such publications as Smart Money, Worth and Investment News, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School where he taught business succession planning, and frequently speaks on estate planning topics. His presentations are on a wide variety of subjects and are generally made to groups of attorneys, accountants or other financial professionals, but have also been made to business groups and the general public.
March Dinner:
Salad – Watercress Salad with Strawberries, Toasted Pecans, Blue Cheese, and Jicama, with Citrus Vinaigrette
Entrée – Braised Beef Short Rib with Lemon Parsnip Puree, and Chasseur Sauce (Natural Jus with Shallot, Garlic, Tomato, Mushroom).
NOTE: Since this is Ash Wednesday, you may request one of the following entrees instead of the Beef Short Rib:
Mediterranean Pasta: fettucine, mushroom medley, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, shallots, garlic, feta & artichoke relish
or
Whitefish: breaded whitefish, midwest rice pilaf, creamed spinach, lemon caper butter
